Customer confidentiality - While carrying out works, Stannett Pest Control will do everything in it's power to be as discreet as possible. We do not name, or share information regarding our clients before, during or after works. However if the client attempts/does/try's to tarnish, discredit or damage Stannett Pest Control's business, reputation, it's staff or pricing this agreement will be void.

For ease Stannett Pest Control will be referred to as we, our, us

While using our services we do not and will not accept any responsibility for and not limited to any damages to property, people, pets ect. We reserve the right to change this at any time.

All loft treatments will be carried out around entrance to loft space unless tech deems safe to do so.

We do not place blame. If the client wishes to blame external factors i.e neighbor's they do at their own risk.

Recommendations will be advised after treatment. We highly advise the client actions/adheres to for best out come and in cases of spraying the clients safety.

Although all works will be carried out to the best of our ability we cannot offer a guarantee that the pests will be gone permanently. there is to many factors to guarantee this. For example but not limited to - environment, waste, damages, out brakes, traveling ect.
